My Mac is still running on mojave and I still can't use the new Sims 3 update.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all my packs and it still doesn't work. Doesn't even give me an error message or anything. I click install, it goes through all the motions, finalizing, then the install button lights up again. I'm about to lose all my sanity. Help!

@SimMinnie79 I've split your post into its own thread since your issue is a bit different. Please run the Origin reset tool for macOS, restart your computer, and try to install just the base game, no packs.

If that doesn't help, please let me know whether you've ever had the 32-bit version of Sims 3 installed on this computer, and if so, whether you did a clean uninstall, a regular uninstall, or neither.
