@ayyysims3 Please attach your deviceconfig.log to a post; it's in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3. (You'll need to manually open the folders; the file won't show up in a search.) You can delete your user and computer names, about 25 lines down, but there's nothing else in that file that can identify you.
Please also post a screenshot or two of what you're seeing.

I have Nraas Mods Installed, but they had never been an issue before the update. In the screenshots I'm having graphical issues, as well as a bit of lag. I can't open one of my saves, because of this bug. Is there anything I can do?@ayyysims3 Do you restart your computer before playing? The deviceconfig reports your system was almost out of memory when you launched the game the most recent time, although that number can be inaccurate. But for the sake of being thorough, please restart your computer, don't open anything other than Origin and Sims 3, and look at the water again.
Please also try raising the water setting to "mirrors only" and take a couple screenshots of how things look, just for comparison. Change the setting at the Main Menu, then quit to desktop and reload before opening a save. If you see more graphics glitches and reverting the settings doesn't help, just delete options.ini from the same Sims 3 folder.
As for the save that won't open, please try it immediately after a restart as well. If that doesn't help, let me know what world it's in and which packs you currently have installed. Please also let me know whether the active household has a pet in it.
I've done everything you've suggested and I'm still having graphical issues. I also forgot to mention, my screen flashes green lines from time to time (ONLY WHILE IM PLAYING THE SIMS 3). The save that won't open is in BridgePort and it does have a pet kitten.
