Sims 3 70's, 80's and 90's expansion pack redemption code does not work!

I bought this game through the Sims 3/Origin store, got both my order number and code to redeem my game, but the code is too long to redeem on the Sims 3 store website and the Origin client refuses to download it, stating that the code has already been redeemed, despite it not showing up on my Sims 3 launcher.

The code I have is 20 digits and the Sims 3 Store link to redeem codes only allows 16 digits and I tried to register it, where it allows 20 digits, but it wouldn't let me.

I still have the email with the confirmation of payment and it states that I have purchased it in order history in the Origin Client, but I am still unable to download it, I have searched through the forums for help and have tried to speak to someone on the chat option, so any help would be appreciated.

  • You should have 2 codes. One for the pinball machine (16 digits) and one for the game itself (20 digits)

    So are you looking for the pinball machine or how to download the game itself ?

    I'm looking to download the game, I only have the 20 digit code and have tried it everywhere, apparently my game is registered, but I cannot download it :/

    What error are you getting ? Does it show up in the myGames tab on the Origin client ?

    Only the base game shows up in the myGames tab (even after resetting and logging out and back in), when I put the product code in, it only tells me that the code has already been used, there aren't any error codes.

    Then I'm afraid you'll need to contact customer support so they can take a look at your account.

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
