Sims 3 and Sims 3 Pets not showing up in Origin

Hello there,

So a while ago I purchased Sims 3 and Sims 3 Pets for PC, but when I logged in a few days ago I noticed that both Sims games are gone. I;ve tried the whole "hidden games" thing, I've tried reading online to find a solution, Origin/EA isn't responding to any of my questions. If I paid for 2 games, shouldn't I be able to play them? Is anyone else having this problem?
