- What version of Windows 8 are you running ?

- Do you have the 32 bit Version or the 64 bit one ?
64 bit
- Did you buy a new Computer and got Windows 8 on that or did you install it on your old machine ?
Bought a new computer with Windows 8 on it.
- Which of the EPs/SPs do you have installed ?
Expansions: Ambitions, Late Night, Pets, Showtime and World Adventures.
Stuff Packs: Fast Lane Stuff, High End Loft and Generations.
- What Patch level are you at (base game) ? The latest patch
- Do you have any Store content or CC/mods added ? I have some CC , Nraas StoryProg, Master Controller and Overwatch mods. Store content: I have some hairs, a few pieces of clothing and the Hypnotizer
- Did you try out any of the beta/consumer preview versions and did you have any issues with those ?
I did not try out the beta/consumer versions.
- What graphic card do you have and which driver version are you running ? I have two graphics cards, one is Nvidia 1GB 630M and the other is Intel 4000 integrated. The Nvidia has been updated through the manufacturer.
- What symptoms are you seeing (try to be as detailed as possible) Generally speaking it runs well, BUT one thing I have noticed is that it does crash sometimes when there is a pop-up . It also just recently crashed when I exited from "Edit Town" mode. Thankfully I saved right before doing my edits.
- Anything else you like to add.
