What version of Windows 8 are you running ?

- Do you have the 32 bit Version or the 64 bit one ?
64 bit
- Did you buy a new Computer and got Windows 8 on that or did you install it on your old machine ?
new computer
- What graphic card do you have and which driver version are you running ?
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
- Which of the EPs/SPs do you have installed ?
all except fast lane and outdoor living
- What Patch level are you at (base game) ?

- What symptoms are you seeing (try to be as detailed as possible)
runs extremely slow, can only play about ten mins and having to save every 5 mins to keep progress. sometimes stop on ea logo and locks up computer.
