The Late Night expansion pack (EP03) never shows up in the launcher

I did not own Late Night separately. I never paid for it.

I installed The Sims 3, which included Late Night automatically, in the beginning because I paid for EA Play subscription and both the base game and Late Night were included.

Then my subscription ended, I did NOT buy The Sims 3 + Late Night, and just bought Pets.

I was given access automatically to The Sims 3 + Late Night + Pets, but Late Night content does not appear at all, although it is installed in my PC.

If you never purchased Late Night and have been accessing it through an EA Play subscription that's since expired, then your access to the pack was dependent on the subscription being active. In other words, you'd only continue to have access to the pack so long as your subscription was active. 

On that note, because you purchased Pets, it was owned separately from the expired EA Play subscription, which is why that pack continues to show up.
