Sims 3 Aurora Skies Download

Hello,

I just spent $40 at the sims store specifically to download Aurora Skies for the Tiny Prodigies Learning Center. I was looking at an item, some playpen, and followed the links that came up. The site said it wasn't available for individual purchase. I was led to believe that if I downloaded Aurora skies I would get access to the learning center and the other items. When I downloaded everything, I was unable to find the learning center or the playpen anywhere in the game!! I'm upset because I feel misled. I went back onto your site and other pages seem to say that I need to download a special "bonus version" with gold.

This whole process has been extremely frustrating for me. I'm not going to spend another $40 on your site just to be misled again. You need to make the systems clearer, I feel confused and taken advantage of. I just wasted good money under false pretenses. Is there a way to remedy this? I feel that I can't purchase content again without worrying that I'm going to have the wool pulled over my eyes again.

I apologize for the lengthy message, but I'm not happy with the current situation. Yes, it's only forty dollars, but it was wasted because of misleading information on your website. Thanks for your time.

    Yes, the learning center is only included in the gold version. Did you buy the standard one ? For $40 it should be the Gold one I'd think.

    Standard Version is 2450 SP which is around $25, Gold Version is 3900 SP which is aruond $40

    If you really did buy the standard version, they usually offer the venues sepeartly after a while so maybe you just need to wait until it's released seperatly. If you do want the gold one right away, I would contact customer support to see if they reimburse you the standard version so you can buy the gold one.

    If you did in fact buy the gold version, then the venue should show as downloadable. If it doesn't, you also need to contact customer support.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
