Do you have any mods in your game ? Could you check if you have the same issue if you start a new game (just for testing purpose)
No mods to the game. I've started a new game in Aurora Skies and still have the same issue. I've also checked if I could split the household in "edit town" mode: the members that go in the clipboard disappears. Plus, when I went back to the game, I'm no longer able to control any of my sims!
Can you try a different world (don't think it makes a difference). Might have something to do with the new room mate system.
