Sims 3 Barnacle Bay and Dragon Valley Installed but Not Appearing in Game

I bought Dragon Valley Gold edition and Barnacle Bay off of origin and installed it through the sims store. The worlds installed and it shows up as installed in my files under "Installed Worlds" but they never appear in game under the worlds I can pick to live in. I do have mods and CC but I've installed six other store worlds and they all appear but only these two don't so I don't think that is the issue. I use Origin to launch my games because I noticed when switching over to the EA launcher it caused my store items to not appear in game as well. I've tried getting in contact with EA support but all they are doing is sending me the same email with different people's names despite me replying back to them. I've tried to find a way to use quick chat or have a phone call but I guess they only reserved that for sims 4 since sims 3 is an old game. Can someone please help me? I've tried deleting the files and reinstalling and tried installing it in game through "Open Downloads Dashboard". Nothing is working.

    That link helped me to solve it and it has some other problems on there too that you could potentially have. Scroll down to "I installed my Store Content but it's not showing up in my game". If the link doesn't work for some reason here are the steps: 

    1.) Go into your computer files, then go to "documents" > "electronic arts" > "The Sims 3"

    2.) Drag out and move the "DCCache" folder out and onto your home screen desktop

    3.) Click (or double click) and open the "InstalledWorlds" folder and delete all files in that folder

    4.) Go back and click (or double click) the ""DCBackup" and delete everything in there. 

    5.) Reinstall everything from the sims 3 store using launcher (basically install the way you originally did) but do not install everything at once. First install worlds, then lots, then sets, and then individual items.
