I have bought sims 3 base game from steam store and then I try to migrate it to ea app so I logged in with same email and password as ea id on sims 3 store website there were two persona steam persona and ea id persona maybe because I linked my steam and ea account few days when I got sims 4 base game from steam few days ago so I choose ea id persona and complete registration on sims 3 store website it succeed then then I try to put steam provided code in register a game it showed invalid many time so I opened ea app and surprised to found out sims 3 base game so I downloaded and installed then activated successfully with ea app I checked sims 3 base game product code it is same as steam app shows in manage cd keys but sims 3 store website shows sims 3 base game bought from steam still unregistered can anybody help me please.

Hey aloriasanjay,

It sounds like your Steam code was automatically used by the EA App, which is why it was invalid when you went to redeem it on the Sims 3 Store. If you can launch Sims 3, then it's likely that the Sims 3 Store site hasn't synced up with the activation.
