@LittleChickita15 Did you ever use the code on the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com )? If so, that's why the code reads as used—Origin and the old site share information. If you used a different email address on that site, the game would be in the Origin account associated with that email, not your current one.
If you're not sure what email you might have used, you can enter any you find into Origin's sign in window and click "Forgot your password?" Any address associated with an account will receive a password recovery email.
If this doesn't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask for help.
I thought I did but everytime I try to view the stuff on there it brings me to Origin too ☹️

@LittleChickita15 I'm not sure what you mean. If you're having trouble sorting this out though, EA support is probably your best option.

I tried but EA support only tells me to go over here if I have trouble because of the Corona crisis. This is practically my only hope now.

@LittleChickita15 I'm sorry, but I can't fix account issues, and neither can anyone else here. Support is swamped right now, and wait times are long, but you should be able to get through sooner or later. You can also try changing your location in the browser window to U.S. or U.K., if you haven't already.
