I lost my cd but still have the serial code. I type in the code and it says it’s already been redeemed. I activated it on my old account and do not have the pass or access to the email to my old account. Pls help

    @bubblesqueen  Sims 3 product keys can only be registered once, and they can't be deactivated from one account to free them up for another.  Without a disc to use, your only option is a digital download, and you can't download without having access to the original account where the game was registered.  You can try contacting EA customer support to ask for assistance; maybe someone will be able to help you recover the old account.
