I have the exact same problem, nobody is answering my post either, maybe its from installing expansion packs? :/ I also noticed that we both have dell computers running on windows 7 home, maybe that has to do with it
Its infuriating, is there any chance EA can patch this or at least offer some sort of explanation? I have no mods or have not made any changes to the stock game and yet this occurs after downloading an official expansion. That does not seem right.
I am having the same problem. I have pets and supernatrural, After I installed pets it was working fine the as of last night it would play 10 to 15 minutes. The screen would work but I couldnt click on anything. So if anyone knows whats going on let me know
