Sims 3 crashing after Supernatural Expansion pack installation

I have the exact same problem, nobody is answering my post either, maybe its from installing expansion packs? :/ I also noticed that we both have dell computers running on windows 7 home, maybe that has to do with it

It probably is the computer i got a new computer from dell because it killed my last computer
