Sims 3 crashing since install of roaring heights and generations

I finally purchased EP4 Generations and also the Roaring Heights world. Since those installs, my sims game has crashed any time I have attempted to play it. I have deleted cached files and my in-game...

    Thank you so much for replying. I hope that you can see the problem. I contacted EA Games and was instructed to manually uninstall Sims and reinstall everything in the correct order. I have done so and the problem persists. Things mostly worked immediately after the reinstall, but I was instructed by the representative to save my documents\electronicarts\thesims3 file and put it back when I was done so that my games would be returned. It resulted in a crash. I put the new file back and kept my old file separate. I began to put some of the custom content from the sims3.com exchange back into the game (all of this content worked prior to the installation of generations and roaring heights/boardwalk). Removing the CC did not fix the situation.

    • Operating System: Windows 7
    • Yes my launcher starts. I am able to get to the loading screen for my saved games. Meaning, I can attempt to load a saved game, but it freezes right at the end of loading and sometimes after I've begun to play. Last night, I got into the game and when I clicked on edit town, it crashed.
    • The error message I get is that it crashes down to my desktop and says that sims 3 has stopped working.
    • All installed games show up in the Origin Client (interestingly it shows both Pets and Pets: Limited Edition)
    • My base game is the collector's edition
    • I have no security software
    • All of my games are from the disc except for Generations (this problem began when I downloaded Generations from Origin and Roaring Heights/The Boardwalk from Sims3.com.)
    • I have 5 xctp files since my reinstall of all the games. I see 6 from prior to the reinstall. I don't understand what they are saying.
    • I have the DxDiag...not sure how to attach it here.
