Sims 3 Crashing

Hi there, first I'm Dutch and I could make a lot of grammar mistakes, please forgive me. And I got a Windows 8 computer.  When I start the Sims 3, I klik on the play-button in the loginmenu, I only see the mouse, then I got a black screen and he closes his self. When I start it again in the tastbar the same happened, somebody who could help me? Thanks a lot! :D
