@FirePrincess917 First you need to determine what your video card (chip) is. You can go to the computer's maker support site and they should have a list of drivers for your model. You can also go to the chip makers support site and get the latest reference drivers for that video chip. You have to make sure you download the proper drivers for your hardware and then run the download.

@roberta591 I checked it in the device manager and it says it's up to date...

@FirePrincess917 The device manager only knows what Microsoft knows. Device drivers are developed by hardware vendors for the products they produce. Video drivers are frequently updated. These updates can be downloaded from the manufacturer's support site or right from the video chip manufacturer. These vendors usually don't wait for Microsoft.
