Sims 3 disappeared from my EA app

When I started my PC today, my whole Sims 3 installation with all packs had disappeared from my EA library. This has happened before, but unsually restarting/repairing the app fixed the problem.

Not this time, so I contacted the support via chat. The assistant obyiously couldn't see my TS3 either, but to my big surprise and without any discussion, he started to add back all packs that I told him.

There are just 2 problems:

  • He couldn't add back the Katy Perry SP
  • All my store content is gone and can't be re-uploaded from the store (I get an error notification).

So currently I have deleated everything and download all packs again from the app. Keep your fingers crossed for me that the store works again afterwards ...

    alanmichael1  I've flagged your post in case there's something to be done on EA's end, but it will probably take a couple days to get a response.  In the interim, please let me know how it goes.

    The problem is solved. The store works again and I have everything back :-)
