ajieakk7 It sounds like you redeemed the codes on a different EA account (or someone else did). There's no way to free up the codes to use on your current account, so EA support wouldn't help with that even if you could get through. The only help you might get, maybe, is some information about the old account that would help you figure out what you used at the time.
Point is, try signing into an EA website with any email address you've had during the lifespan of Sims 3 and that you still have access to. (You can use the "forgot your password?" button if necessary.) If you can get into that EA account, then you're fine. And it's also possible to merge accounts in most cases, which would mean transferring the entitlements to your current one.
If you can't access the account but remember enough details about it, you can ask EA support to walk you through the account recovery process, where you provide enough info to prove it's your account, and support is then able to grant you access and/or change the email listed on the account.
If none of this works, you could consider buying or borrowing a CD/DVD drive. It's usually possible and relatively straightforward to install Sims 3 via disc, even in Windows 11. But it's not possible in macOS unless you have a very old computer.
