Re: Sims 3 - Packs missing from EA app

I bought the Sims 3 and the Seasons, Pets, University Life, and Generations on Origin years ago as a kid. The files are downloaded in my computer in C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 3 but the EA app shows I have no Sims 3 content. I've read online you used to be able to use Origin to get the game keys and transfer them to the EA App but this year that workaround no longer works. I've since updated my PC to Windows 11 but for the life of me I can't get EA App to read these files. I've checked the pathway on the EA App for Sims 3 and it's reading the correct file path too. Repairing the game doesn't seem to change things either. 

Does anyone have suggestions? I really don't want to rebuy gamepacks that are literally already downloaded on my computer!
