Sims 3 Download Stuck on Calculating Disc Space

Summarize your bug I cannot install Sims 3 I have the Starter Pack available through EA Play. My EA App is on the latest version. I didn't have Sims 3 previously installed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to install Sims 3 starter pack
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot install the game. When I try to install the modal keeps on "Calculating Disk Space"
What do you expect to see? The game is installed

I cannot install the game.

When I try to install the modal keeps on "Calculating Disk Space"

I have the Starter Pack available through EA Play.

My EA App is on the latest version.
I didn't have Sims 3 previously installed.

If I try to install in a different folder, it adds an extra "/" at the end of the path and it causes the download to start but there's an immediate error.
