Sims 3 Dragon Valley Code Installation Code Already Used

I just bought this this today new from Amazon and when I try to put in the code to install it I get a message saying the code has already been used. This is a brand new game.  Anything I can do other...

Same thing happened to me - I bought my code through GameStop today but I'm getting a message saying the code has already been redeemed.  Dragon Valley is not in my purchase history and it's not available as a world for me to play, so it looks as if I didn't buy it - but I'm out $20 and I have the confirmation emails to prove I did.  I doubt GameStop will refund me for this, so this needs to get fixed.
