I have the same probme went through all the customer service channels and they said they would talk to the higher ups about contacting me back because i want a refund since i cant play the game on my computer. I meet the requirments for the game its just that i have a mac computer and there game wont run on my mac. its been three weeks no email. they clearly dont care because the have sims 4 coming out and us customers with sims3 are out dated to them. Im a customer thats been with them for years spent alot of money on there games and they treat me like crap. i would contuine to buy there games because some of them are addictive., if they helped there customers by fixing the problem with sims 3 and mac. My question is EA when are you going to wake up and realize you are pusing away you customers and hurting your sales.? Work with me and fix the problem. Make sims 3 run on macs or stop saying that the game will run on mac thats false advertising. and illegal.
