Sims 3 Expansion Pack Not Showing in Origin

(I've bought and confirmed that my purchase of the expansion pack was complete and verified but it refuses to show up, I don't know what to do!) I bought Master Suite at the same time and it shows u...

    roaring heights  is a world = store item  it will not be in your origin  my games tab  as it it not an expansion or stuff pack you redeem the code for the world in your the sims 3 account my store account go to

    1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
    2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
    3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
    4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

      What code do you type in in the redeema code section? I tried doing the order number but that didn't work.

        You use the serial code for the world. Are you having the same issue with Roaring Heights?
