Sims 3 Expansion pack says "installed" but not installed

I have a Mac and I downloaded Sims 3 - Late Night, Seasons and Supernatural. 

The Late Night and Seasons installed and play fine. However, the Supernatural installation said there was an error. Then, when I tried to reinstall it, it said it was already installed and that I could play it.  But I can't. 

There's nothing on my computer related to Supernatural and I can' "uninstall" it because when I pull up the Sims Uninstaller, it doesn't list the Supernatural expansion pack because it doesn't exist. When I play the game, everything from the Seasons and Late Night shows up, but nothing from the Supernatural expansion pack shows up (i.e. the life stages, the town). 

How can I reinstall or uninstall or whatever? Please help!

    Hi

    Advice on how to download (thank you Tremayne from TS3 forums for this tip):
    When downloading from Origin, do NOT use the first install icon. Move your cursor over the game cover and click on the information "i" and then click on the install button from there.

    Give this tip a try and see if you can get Supernatural to install that way.  If not then you may need to try reinstalling the Origin client.
