The EA App is telling me my expansion packs are installed. However, when I go onto the game launcher the packs are not there and therefore are not present in my game. I played the Sims 3 just yesterday and everything was fine, but today my expansion packs have just disappeared out of the menu in the game launcher. I have clicked the ‘Don’t see your packs? Install Packs’ button but it doesn’t do anything. Please help as I’ve contacted EA support and spoken with someone but they just redirected me here. I’ve cleared caches, uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and the app and I’ve searched every forum and information site I can. The person I spoke to at EA said it’s probably a bug?
