Try to type “sims 3” in the search bar and see if all of the expansions packs you have shows as “purchased” . If not then it should show that you can purchase it. If that’s the case you probably having same issue as me.
Did you buy expansions packs on origin or from third part seller?
When I search them, it says I own them so I still own them I just cannot see them anywhere.
I purchased them all from Origin so there’s no way there’s anything wrong with them

You will not normally see them in the library.
But to see what expansions packs you have you can just simply go to your library and press on sims 3 game. Then on the right side you will see the button “play” . Bellow that you can choose one of the three options and can access to all of your expansions packs owned. If you see them there and it says that those are downloaded/purchased then you can do few steps for them to work.
you can either repair the sims 3 and it will checks and sort all expansions packs or try to update it. If not you can repair or install individual expansion pack as those may not be installed for some reason . If that doesn’t work try to clear the cache files from origin.
