Hey there!
This issue is actually pretty common since the EA App migration from Origin. If your Sims 3 expansion packs are showing in the launcher but not in your EA Library, it usually means they aren’t syncing properly between your old Origin data and your EA App account.
Here are a few things that can help:
1. **Clear the EA App Cache:**
- Go to EA App → Settings → Help → App Recovery → click “Clear Cache.”
- Then restart the app and check your library again.
2. **Log Out and Back In:**
- Sometimes logging out of EA App completely, closing it, and then reopening it fixes the sync issue.
3. **Check Old Accounts:**
- If you’ve ever used multiple EA or Origin accounts, it’s possible your expansion packs are still registered on a different one. Try logging into your older emails to see if they show up there.
4. **Redeem Product Codes Again (if you still have them):**
- You can go to https://help.ea.com and use the “Redeem Product Code” option to link the packs to your active account.
5. **Contact EA Support:**
- If none of the above works, EA Support can manually re-link the expansions to your account. Just provide them with your serial codes or proof of ownership—they’ve done this for a lot of players recently.
Hopefully that helps you get everything showing up again!
