Sims 3 expansion packs missing

Hello, I've seen people with similar issues but I haven't seen any recent answers. I decided to play the Sims 3 again the other day, but when I went to play, all my DLC was gone. It said in the game library I didn't have any DLC. I'm mostly concerned about this because all of my DLC was from physical discs, I'm not sure if I have them anymore, and I can't prove I ever owned them. But I shouldn't have to repurchase them, that's a lot of money that I've ALREADY spent. I've only ever had one account, so I know it's not a double account issue. Can anyone help or has anyone else experienced this? I miss my fairy sims and I really want my apartments back!

Hey @CookieCat17 , usually DLCs dont just disappear on their own, there is always a trace somewhere: it can prevent you from downloading them or will appear in EA app and not in game. But if they are gone gone, I'm enclined to think that this is potentially a double account issue.

To be sure, try to login with different IDs and passwords through EA app. Check your email to see if you ever got emails from EA or The Sims 3 store, maybe promotional emails (since you purchased your games as discs). That would give you an indication on the email linked to the DLCs.
