Community ManagerHey @CookieCat17 , usually DLCs dont just disappear on their own, there is always a trace somewhere: it can prevent you from downloading them or will appear in EA app and not in game. But if they are gone gone, I'm enclined to think that this is potentially a double account issue.
To be sure, try to login with different IDs and passwords through EA app. Check your email to see if you ever got emails from EA or The Sims 3 store, maybe promotional emails (since you purchased your games as discs). That would give you an indication on the email linked to the DLCs.
