Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

I bought 3 discs of the sims 3 expansion packs the starter pack with Base Game, Late Night and High end loft stuff. The other two discs were Generations and Pets. I redeemed all of the codes and downloaded the all the add ons to my computer. (the only one that didn't work was the base game so I bought that copy off of the EA store) I can see them in my downloads in finder. However when I loaded up the game they were missing so I went to manage in the EA app for sims 3 it says Generations and Pets are only available for windows. I tried the help page but all they said is that it's only compatible with Windows which I understand. However the disc says it's compatible with Mac as well. If anyone has any help that would be awesome! 😭
