Sims 3 Expansions Gone
After switching from Origin to EA app, my Sims 3 expansions have disappeared. How can I get these back?

@LauraH0229 Do your packs show up in your game library, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If so, you should be able to install them from there. Let me know if you see them but they won't download.
If the packs aren't listed there, is it possible you've signed into the wrong account? That's happened to a lot of players with the switch to the EA App. The easiest way to check is to sign into ea.com, open Account Settings > Order History, and try to find the purchases of your packs. If they're not there, you're in the wrong account.
Please also let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.
Hi, sorry for the extremely late reply. They do not show up under manage add ons also I am in the correct account. I play on Windows. The only expansions that are gone are the ones that I bought on disc years ago. I am thinking I will probably have to either find the discs again (hopefully I still have them) or repurchase them which would be very unfortunate as that is a LOT of money.
