Sims 3 Expansions just say "installing" & so very OBVIOUSLY are not

I don't have all the Sims 3 packs but a good majority and I'm stuck playing base game rn and we all love Sims 3 but I paid good money to play the things I wanted obviously..  My origin THREW itself ...

@puzzlezaddict Hi, I am having the same problem as person above. When I open Sims 3 in Origin the expansions tab won't even show and on the EA App they're stuck and greyed out saying "installing" but only Generations has actually installed (along with the base game) no error message for me

Both are known issues and are on the EA end, meaning there's nothing you can do except wait for EA to fix it.  I still hope that happens soon.
