Sims 3 Game glitch in the sims panel gone and the character panel gone to

So my game glitched and now I can no longer see my sims panels that has their needs like hunger, social, etc. The sim character panel has fully disappeared entirely. I cant exit out of their current ...

If you're not oppose to mods, try if the ErrorTrap mod can help you.

Can you still move the family out via edit town ?

I don't really like to mod my games.

I can move the character out of the town but the glitch follows and then the character is completely gone and cant do anything.
