I just logged into my EA app after a few months break. I logged in fine using my correct email and password. I then open the Sims 3 launcher and it isnt logged in. I type my email and password in and it says "invalid username or password" when I know it's correct. Same happened when I tried to log in on the main menu on the Sims gsme too. So my login works on the EA app and website but not on the sims app. I searched forums and tried a few things - cleared my cache and browsing history, changed my password and renamed my sims folder as 'OLD' and created a new one - no luck. I need to be logged in to get all my bought items from the store. Please help :(
Sims 3 site is down right now you can't get on or use online features. You need to wait for it to be back on. Sims 3 site went down at around 12:30pm BST time in my area.
