Site is down right now. Online features are not available.
I had no idea that was why. I've been on the chat for an hour, and he keeps sending me codes to change my password. You think he would know.
Tell them now you know why. Online features can not be used if the sims 3 site and servers are down. They most likely didn't know that either.
