Sims 3 generations expansion pack not working

I bought generations, supernatural, and world adventures recently and installed them all. It was working fine the first two times i played. Now when I launch the game, it loads fine but when you actually play the game you can't place any of the item but thay are still there in the buy mode, you can't put on any of the clothes or hairs because the sim you put them on disappears, you can't even do any of the interactions but they are still an option, your sim just won't do them and you can see a blank square where a moodlet is supposed to be and it reads the title of it but you just cant see it.

What's going on with my game?!?!
