Have you tried running it as administrator?
- Anonymous13 years ago
Yes, but it didn't help anything. Same error message.

This seems to be a Windows Error message.
Could be any number of things as it sees.
- Try running the game as administrator or in compatibilty mode
- Disable Antivirus and firewall and if it's works, turn them back on and add the game as an exception to them
- Corrupt registery entries.
Did you change anything on your system ?

That didn't do anything either.

I just downloaded the super-patcher for sims 3 and run it, but It still gives me the same error message.

Try running ccleaner on your system to clean your registery.
Is Sims the only program you have issues with ?
Did you change anything on your system when it stopped working ?
Might not be a Sims issue as such. When I googled the message they all said it was a Windows issue and most likely has to do with corrupt registry entries.
