"Sims 3 has stopped working, windows will search for solution" Every time in create a sim!

Okay so before you tell me to change my DEP settings, I have already done so. Now let's move on.

Alright, I've been playing sims 3 for like 3 years now, never had a problem on my old laptop till I purchased too many EPs and it slowed down. So for Christmas I got a new laptop which I made sure had all the correct things and more to run sims 3 (and all my expansion packs) perfectly. So today I installed all my sims 3 games via origin and tried to play but every time I get into create a sim, it crashes, glitches, freezes every time. I've probably tried 10 or so times now. I never had this problem until I got my new, better laptop. I've searched and searched and I cannot find out why this is the problem, I haven't yet been able to enter live mode. 

EPs: World Adventures, University Life, Late Night, Showtime, Seasons, Generations, Island Paradise,  and High End Loft Stuff. (not sure if that has anything to do with what's going on)

Hard Drive: 1TB 5400 RPM + 24GB SSD

My game is updated and everything, I literally have no idea what it could be ☹️ please help!!!
