Same problem with me! I don't even think I can refund my game as it's not appearing in my origin history or my sims 3 account. Frustrating isn't the word! Lost out on 15 quid now ☹️

Man I am having this problem just bought the game the other day it was the worlds bundle with monte vista and hidden springs the monte vista code worked but the hidden springs one did not and i've went to the live adviser a few times but no one picked up or even gotten back at me i just want to play my game with hidden springs
