I am telling what worked for me...
I opened up the HumbleBundle mail I received after my purchase and there found the link to my redeem code page. At the bottom of the page, there is a sims3.com part. I found my 3 keys there.

Yeah. It says its already redeemed, i tried putting it in again. Did not work.

Contact customer support. They are the only ones that can help if codes are persistenly invalid.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
