I had the same problem, but with a PC. Try un-installing it, and re-install it. I have not done it myself, but you could try - my friend told me it might just work.
If not, try to contact the EA origin people and see what you get from them. You might get an idea for something. If you do, please let me know to as it might work for me - then i will have more ideas for you to try.
