Sims 3 iPod, iPhone 6, iPad !

I have sownloaded the sims 3 on iPod, iPad, and my iPhone 6 plus, which all have been updated running on 8.4 ! Now the problem I have is on all the devices the game won't start, it's downloaded fine just when I push the start button it goes to the Help an About section ! No I have tried an tried, I have deleted it and reinstalled it, I have powered down all devices an restarted them an still the same problems !
Please help !
