Are you willing to try a third party tool ? There's a tool called crash log analyzer (just google).
It's not a magic tool that can stop the crashes but it can give an indication to where the error lies. Just copy the errors you get to the clipboard and post them here.

What I find odd about all of this, was, I updated my drivers and it seemed to work fine for a while but then it started glitching up again. And now it says "Max memory has been used." So, does that mean I have to buy more memory? Because I have an expansion bay on my computer, I just need to know what to do.

Also, yes your memory is almost entirely used up but since the game is a 32 bit application, you can't add any memory. It won't do you any good.
EDIT: Seems that's a non issue. Just means that the game might put your settings to high.
I would just get a better card for your computer.
Be aware that you only have a 300 W power supply so not all cards will work with your computer. Do some research before buying something.

Ok, then my next question is, do you think I could manually put it into my computer with no prior knowledge of how to put a graphics card into a computer, or, do you think I should pay someone to do it?

I can't answer you that question. I really depends how safe you feel trying something you haven't done before, if you have ever done anything on your computer or if this is a first.
I would look around the net for articles on how to do it and then decide if you feel confident to do it. I guess it also depends on your financial means.
If you have a friend that knows a lot about hardware, you could also ask them to assist.
Good Luck and I hope you get it running better soon.
