I pre-order Island Paradise 2 months ago and even as of toady i still have not goten ans email for a redemption code for barnacle bay, Can some one please help.

    Codes will take about 24-48 hours to send out by email. We will have more information on how to redeem them then shortly.
    
    If you ordered your game through Origin it can take a little while for it to show up on http://mypage.thesims3.com/aboutMe/profile.html - you even may have to log out on the Sims 3 website and log back in again to see your game there.
