Has anyone recieved their extra stuff from the pre-order? I'm okay with the codes taking a little longer, but I need to know if it's just me. I updated my email address earlier this week so it may just be my account and I need to know so I can fix it. Is anyone else still waiting?
I had the same issue with the limited edition items. What I did was, I I went back to redeem codes and I typed in the code that they sent to my email for the limited edition stuff with Island Paradise. Although I figured it would be ridiculous to type in a code that will show up as "has been used already" I did it anyway and I went back to my purchase history and the limited edition stuff showed up. Try that and see if it works. I just took a simple guess and typed the coded back in and it worked for me. I hope it works for you too.
