Sims 3 Island Paradise

I can't find how to get to these vacation spots. According to the description there should be islands my Sims can visit. I tried real estate and travel thru the smart phone and clicking on the computer. I think I have 24 hrs. to get a return on this game so I need an answer about this soon.

Thanks, I did discover Island Pardiso or whatever it is called. I hadn't realized that it was a separate world they had to move to.

@VJCochell1728 the islands are places you discover, they're part of Iselo Paradiso.
