Well, I do hope you get help from these so called advisors. I am still not able to use my Sims account, I cant purchase anything, other than Sim Points from Origin, and now I cannot even get into my account page. I tried to speak to someone about it on Sunday and they introduced themselves and gave me a very curt answer, the same one as usual - 'Its been passed to our specialised team' - and I still had things I wished to say but I was just ignored. I had no more replies from this guy I must have tried to get him to speak to me for about 1/4 of and hour, but nothing so I ended the chat. I have had no emails from them and OK I can still play the games but the fact that I cant get into my account to see my badges or any messages and get into my account details to check what account details they have is totally unacceptable.
I have found that a number of the advisors are very good, but after all the problems I have had, being ignored as I was on Sunday was just about the straw that broke the camels back!!!!
