I found out why my item isn't going up into be automatically removed for some reason but I've read the terms and I can't see why as I've used expansion before and I can't see why this item from this expansion is being allowed through I've even change the description in case my use of popular culture references were the problem can anyone please assist with this issue?
i WISH they would fix that or something sometimes it is really because of a culling system they have in place and NOT what a creator uploaded
it's whats known as the culling system and that TOS that comes up seems to be a standard picture that shows up ( one with dude where's my car ?) and " Your Exchange upload has been removed by The Sims 3 Web Team. Your upload may have been violating the site's Terms of Service"
it might not have been your uploads as such every so often with the exchange culling it may be that you uploaded while this is going on

an uploaded item needs a certain amount of downloads/recs/views to remain on the exchange otherwise it is removed to make room for new items so the exchange doesn't back up i have no idea what that number of downloads/recs/views to remain is so even if i upload something and it just happens to be when the tidying up is going on mine will get it too
also if your uploading to save your stuff for later to re download not really a good idea because of the culling there is a folder titled exports in your electronics/arts/sims 3 copy that to a safe place and then anytime you share something just remember to copy the file over to your back up exports folder
maybe try again next week
